Personalized Items
All products sold by VIPwithCarrie are custom-made and personalized based on the information and photo(s) provided at checkout. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final.
Please review all names, dates, spelling, photos, and customization details carefully before placing your order. VIPwithCarrie is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during checkout.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a mistake due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please email connect@vipwithcarrie.org with:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.
Once reviewed, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Shipping
Orders are processed and made after payment has been received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and customization requirements.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
VIPwithCarrie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VIPwithCarrie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
