Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a mistake due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the situation.

Are any purchases final sale?

All products from VIPwithCarrie are custom-made and personalized according to the information provided at checkout. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please double-check all spelling, names, dates (if you paid for these extra services), and customization details before submitting your order. VIPwithCarrie is not responsible for errors provided by the customer during the ordering process.

When will I get my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. If you happen to be in the Billings, Montana area you may pick up locally and save on shipping entirely.
